ACCA Singapore

Graham was co-author of the 'Women in Accounting and Finance Survey 2009' which was sponsored by ACCA Singapore and recruitment specialist Robert Half. The survey was launched to coincide with International Women's Day 2009 and in addition to addressing some of these important issues such as equal opportunities and leadership aspirations for female accounting and finance professionals, the research collaboration wanted to ascertain whether the proverbial "glass ceiling" was finally cracking and leadership diversity was becoming a reality in Singapore.  To download a copy of the research click here and to view the press release click here.

In June 2009 Graham helped to organise and develop the programme, and Chaired the 'World Environment Day Sustainability Conference 2009' jointly organised by ACCA SIngapore and the Singapore Compact for CSR.  To view the press release click here.

Both Carrie and Graham have been judges for the ACCA Singapore Sustainability Reporting Awards on a number of occasions during the past 5 years.   To view the press release for the 2009 awards click here.

British Telecom

Carrie worked with British Telecom in 2000/2001, helping them compile their Sustainability Report.  BT won the ACCA Award for Best UK Sustainability Report that year.

TXU Europe

Carrie worked with TXU Europe from 1992 to 2001 helping them develop and implement their environmental strategy and their sustainability reporting.  TXU Europe were the first company to implement the GRI's reporting guidelines (now the most widely used guidelines for Sustainability reporting) and went on to be runners up for the ACCA Sustainability Reporting Awards in the United Kingdom.

Railtrack

Carrie worked with the Environmental Team at Railtrack from 1998-2001, helping Railtrack develop their environmental management system.

Smith & Nephew

Carrie worked with Smith and Nephew on their 2001 Sustainability Report.

Ernst & Young/Nottingham University

Graham provide in depth research and peer review services for the publication 'Corporate Governance' by Peter Wallace and John Zinkin.  The book was part of the the Mastering Business in Asia Series from Wiley.

DEFRA - UK

Carrie has also worked with the UK Government in the drafting of guidelines on environmental reporting and sustainability indicators (click here for more information).
